Chef Sarah’s dream to share her love of hand crafted, locally sourced, delicious food comes to Petaluma!


Growing up in New York, Sarah got a taste for the variety of delis and bakeries on the East Coast. After almost 10 years in Northern California, her cooking style has adapted to take advantage of using fresh local ingredients to create everything from scratch. She began her hospitality career at Cornell University’s Hotel School in upstate New York. For a change of scenery, she moved to California where she was classically trained at the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena. After school, she traveled throughout Europe and Asia to gain a better understanding of global cuisines. Then worked at a Michelin Star restaurant in Yountville before her 8 years with the premiere catering companies of Napa and Sonoma. Sarah has personally created all our recipes using a cumulation of all her training and experiences.
